30 Days Hassle-Free Return Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with the exception of customized items. If the return was due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we're happy to cover the return shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any concerns!
You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period does not include the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
What are the steps for returning my purchase?
Follow these easy instructions below to return your item(s):
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Scroll down to "My Orders" and locate the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Follow the prompts to initiate your return. Print out the prepaid UPS or USPS Return Label and tape it to your package.
***Please Note: if you are returning items with our UPS or USPS Return Label, a $8.99 shipping cost will be deducted from your refund credit.
Use a protective box or wrap with thick paper. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We recommend that you ship your package using a trackable shipping method.
